Ahoy! The hype on 16 year old Jessica Watson lately has given a whole new meaning to chasing a dream.

Watson is putting her dream in action and is set to achieve the new world record in sailing around the world solo.

Jessica Watson or teen inspiration? This is a story with courage, dedication and a set elementary moral to follow your dreams- an ethic many young women have lost at sea. Of course, this representation is slightly farfetched and we are not encouraging all our young girlies to pack a bag, pull the mask up and set sail around the world, but the principle can definitely be given thought. If we support our young woman to follow ambition and dream of success then we are setting up a journey of self-discovery and will leave the women of Generation Y with a lot of hope.
